Our kayak fishing tour is a great way to experience the best of what kayak fishing is all about - surf, sand, sun, and hopefully a few fish thrown into the whole mix! You will be guided by an expert kayak guide who will ensure that your trip will be a memorable one!
The fishing tour typically starts at around 7am on Papamoa Beach. Fish tend to bite earlier in the day so like true hunter gatherers, we take full advantage of this behaviour!
All of the equipment will be set up before you arrive. You will be guided out through the surf and towards favourite fishing locations. Your guide will help and instruct everyone on fishing techniques and he will be there to help land your fish and take the all important photos so you have full bragging rights back home!
Catch that 20lb Snapper and don’t forget the other species that you might encounter! Kahawai, Kingfish, Red Gurnard, John Dory and Blue Cod are all in abundance here! Arms exhausted from the sheer bulk of fish caught and feeling totally salt encrusted your fish will be filleted for you free of charge to take home or to a resturant! This complimentary service makes all the difference in the world as you leave this place wanting to come back for more!
