Q.How far in advance should I book? A. It is always best to give us as much notice as you can. For a weekend date we would recommend giving us 2 to 3 weeks notice and for a weekday date 1 to 2 weeks. If you are unsure of availability please don’t hesitate to give us a quick call on 09 414 2507 and we will be more than happy to check the availability for you.
Q.What are the operating hours? A. Monday to Friday 9am - 7.30pm Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm
Q. What if i need to cancel my appointment? A. We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Q. What time should i arrive before my treatment? A. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to you treatment. This allows you time to check in, enjoy a cup of herbal tea, fill out your profile and relax.
